Coaching Network

One of my favorite things to do is help church planters, and while I cannot meet with everyone individually, I do have the opportunity to coach about 12-15 church planters each year.   The coaching network spans five months, with one meeting each month.  The next coaching network starts in March.  The cost is $600 and some scholarships are available.

During our time together, we’ll talk about making decisions, staffing, hiring, firing, volunteers, the weekend, navigating change, personal development, outreach, advertising, discipleship, follow up, children’s ministry and student ministry. We cover the stuff that you don’t learn from books and conferences.  To participate in the next network, you need to apply.  You can get an application from Tracy.
