Big Announcement: Nuts and Bolts
Church planters and pastors…put June 26 on your calendar right now. We’re putting on a one-day conference called “Nuts and Bolts.” Here’s some highlights in the form of a preview:
- There will be two large group sessions. Our band will lead worship.
- There will be a breakout session. Choose from production, connections, guest services, and family ministry. Our staff will lead these breakouts and you will learn practical stuff.
- The day will finish with an early edition of our normal weekend service. Everything will be just like our typical weekend, but you’ll be the audience.
- It’s on Saturday so if you’re a church planter with a day job or if you want to bring potential staff or key volunteers, you can do that. We’re doing this on Saturday so you can attend with some people.
- The cost is $10 per person. Seriously, just $10. And 100% of that $10 will go towards church planting.
- Because of space, we’re limiting it to 450 people.

Sounds like a great idea. I’m amazed to see how much some churches are charging for conferences. Nice that this one is affordable for anyone who wants to attend, and also that you’re up front about where the money is going. It’s always great to see a church that is Kingdom minded instead of being concerned only with its own self interests.

I would LOVE to come and have been following you guys for a while but I will be in Nicaragua and will be leaving my church to start my first church plant. I was wanting to ask if you will be recording the sessions so I could hear or watch it when I return.
